Clarion Hotel Jackson Northwest Rooms

The staff was amazing! Very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool was great,kids loved it. The room was great, beds were comfortable.

Close to the ballpark

Unfortunately I didn't like anything about this hotel. It was absolutely horrible.

pool was inside the building, but it opens a hour before checkout, which sucks but whatever

The fact I could get a refund for the second night because we could only handle one night.

The customer service was good and the space of the room was good

the hotel is in disaray. rooms horrible condition. sheets falling apart and thin. really needs to be closed and updated. very disappointing to stay at a clarion. will not do it again i believe
